Abstract

In the present academic scenario, with the introduction of multiple technological advancements as tools and methods, the teaching-learning process are changing. As any individual, teachers also have to play multiple roles in their lives and handle various responsibilities, which leads to work and personal life imbalances. Work life balance is about integrating wellness into daily lives. This paper focuses on understanding the influence of technology on work-life balance of school teachers. Based on judgement sampling 100 respondents from private schools of Punjab were considered. On basis of factor analysis results revealed that technology contributes in achieving work-life balance among teachers. Towards the end, suggestions are offered conveying use of technology in an optimum manner that it positively contributes towards achieving work life balance among school teachers.
