Abstract

The present research work has done to explore the effect of frequency and duration of practicing Surya Namaskar on physical health of the adolescent students. The proposed research is experimental in nature; factorial experiment designing is used .60 students (in which 30 male and 30 female students) were selected as sample. Mean, SD, t-test and ANOVA statistics have applied for analysis and interpretation of data. It was funded that Both times practicing of Surya Namaskar is more effective than practicing at one time a day for enhancement in physical health, Surya namaskar is equally effective on physical variable of the subjects who practiced during any times of the day e.i. morning, evening & both the times. Findings, conclusions and suggestion for school administration, teachers, students and action plan for implementation of result are also given.
