Abstract
Milk is an essential commodity in our daily life. It is not only a source of good quality protein, but also of calcium and riboflavin besides other nutrients. India is the largest milk production country in the world.It is the success done by milk producers due their work culture. Culture is a set of performs and behaviors rush together to create procedures for achieving the needed work in your milk production and distribution process. It also contains milk producer’s perceptions of their work environment. In the competing world the milk producers deal many problems for their work environment.So, they are intended to different work culture for their milk production and distribution process.
