Abstract

Shopping is a vital part of life for an every individual. Now a day, it has become as a hobby too.  With the change in the living style of the people, they prefer to buy from a place where they can buy everything under one roof. Economic development and the change in consumerism have given rise to more number of shopping malls in India and it has replaced the traditional departmental stores and retail outlets. A shopping Mall is a place which has collection of shops and cafes and entertainment facilities. The present study aims at measuring customer buying behavior and satisfaction level towards modern shopping malls in Tiruchirappalli city.
