Abstract

The school climate may be one of the factors in making the system of education more productive, functional and desirable. It is believed that the attitude of the teacher in turn is highly affected by the school climate. This study intends to investigate the relationship between school organizational climate and attitude of teachers. In this research 100 teachers from 10 Higher Secondary Schools of various places of Kozhikode District of Kerala were examined. The obtained data were analyzed by using SPSS version 16, using Pearson Product Moment Correlation (r). This study revealed that there is a significant relationship between school climate and teachers attitude to work
