Abstract
The recent development in internet and technology have led mankind more sophisticated. This also changed the traditional way of businesses in all sectors. Likewise it also drastically changed the restaurant business as many food delivering app are available to order food online. This has made life simple as it takes only 3 steps to order food. This habit increased among people nowadays to order food online. This is easy and has benefits along with it. This increased habit is to be studied on as Ease is not an independent one it has some challenges too. This study all about challenges faced by customers while ordering food on Swiggy with reference to Coimbatore City It concentrates on customers who order food online through Swiggy.
