Abstract

India is the fastest-growing democratic country, the quality and standard of life of the people depends on the quality of Education. Quality of education is an important developing instrument of nation’s development. The quality of education does not only depend upon the brilliant students but also on teachers. The heart of the classroom is a teacher, they produce students. They do not focus only on students learning, but also their attitudes, behaviors, and skills, etc. Teachers are the key role players between the quality of education and students because they are the most vital single factor influence the education system. They implement several policies framed by top-level management. A proved result is that the quality of education directly related to teacher’s commitment and work involved with the school. Job satisfaction and perception determines work commitment and work involvement. This study is focused on the relationship between the impact of management policies and job satisfaction of teachers.
