Abstract

Now banks perform multiple functions by providing various products and services to the customer with this motto to provide maximum satisfaction to the customers as well as raise profit to the organization. ICT has facilitated in increasing the speed and reliability of financial operations ATM, Tele banking, internet banking, Mobile banking, cheque deposit machine, core banking solution, plastic money, electronic clearance services, electronic fund transfer etc. These are the services which help customers and banks both.  The objective of the paper is to compare the factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of customers of public and private sector banks. The study has been made in Indore city with total 400 customers of private and public sector banks.
