Abstract

Job satisfaction is an individual’s felling regarding his or her work. It can be influenced by a multitude of factors. The term relates to the total relationship between an individual and the employer for which he is paid. Satisfaction does mean the simple feeling state accompanying the attainment of any goal the end state is feeling accompanying the attainment by an impulse of its objective. One of the main roles of the corporation is to ensure that employees are sufficiently satisfied with their jobs. Typically research has shown that satisfied employees or corporations are thought to be more productive. On the other hand, if workers are dissatisfied with their jobs, they are thought to be less productive and more prone to absenteeism and turnover.  The general job satisfaction feedback will help in identifying the percentage of satisfied employees.   Therefore, the researcher has taken the initiative to study the job satisfaction of employees in ESIC
