Abstract
The organizations of the manufacturing sector, of the past, mainly focused only on production and the sales of products owing to the active and heavy competitions in the market. But the organizations are nowadays making a shift of focus not only on production and sales, but also on enhancement of the product quality, its productivity and also the quality of service delivery. Such a situation can be attained by the organization only by efficient performances of the employees. But the attainment of better performance is possible only through selecting and detainment of efficient employees in the organization.
