Abstract

The present paper is emphasizing to portray the Artificial Intelligence (AI) impact on Human Resource (HR) practices. Author has studied the meaning of artificial intelligence and explains the need of the corporate, types of artificial intelligence, computer software and hardware revolutions, AI impact on the HR practices, AI and HR practice in national manufacturing policy, adoption of AI into HR, reviews on impact of artificial intelligence on human resource management and discussion. The author has found that AI has impacts on HRM such as employees performance appraisal, talent acquisition, workload will be reduced the needs will be fulfilled in multiplied ways, perfect selection and placement, reduce employees turnover ratio, recruitment, fraud and compliance, employees’ stress management, recruitment by screening the qualified candidates, mentoring and motivating employees.
