Abstract

This paper attempts to highlight the impact of increasing trend of mobile consumers over the traditional retailers. Retailers are a large segment of the population and they are dependent on larger population of consumers. Advent of mobile commerce has changed the purchasing trend of the consumers. The present study analyzed the various aspects of mobile commerce and its impact on customers’ purchase decision in retail sector in Bangalore. This paper untangles the impact upon the profitability of the retail organizations in Bangalore.
