Abstract

This study focuses on the factors that will help the retailers to boost Customer satisfaction. In order to attract and retain customers, retailers implement diverse promotional schemes. The challenge for retailers is to attract more customers, focus on building good relationship them, and make the customers satisfied through relationship marketing tactics. This study brings insight on how to retain and attract the customers to recent marketing. The study is empirical and data is collected from 170 customers of retail outlets in Phoenix market city, Chennai, Tamilnadu through questionnaire. Likert’s scale is used to construct the questionnaire. The customers expect high level of satisfaction from the retailers. The retailers maintain a good relationship with their customers by being committed and having better interaction.
