Job Satisfaction is influenced by a person’s ability to do and complete his work. Itdiffers according to the person. It depends on the mind of employee. If a person is reallyinterested in the work which they do it is also called as job satisfaction. It depends on the positive as well as the negative attitude of a worker/employee. Job Satisfaction is themental status. It expresses the detailed view of Quality of work life and job satisfaction framework. The framework deals with terminology, concepts and methods. And also describes special issues in Quality of work life and Job satisfaction.
