Abstract

Digital marketing is a recent and most developing culture marketing process. In this digitalization era, we are mostly communicating and conveying things through digital medium and the usage is increasing day by day. Most of the digital marketing process is done especially through social media marketing.


Social media marketing (SMM) has changed the trends of the business. It has opened a wide space for businesses to reach the targeted customers easily by finding a specific pattern of customer preferences, At the same time it has both advantages and disadvantages, and also there are challenges also faced by digital marketing. So in this paper, we are researching about digital marketing and the impacts of social media marketing and how the trends have been changed over traditional digital marketing
