Abstract
Stress is usual response the body has once change take place. But whenever an individual is incapable to handle his plentiful pressure the stress arises. Owing to stress, there will be an upsurge in heart rate and blood density. Usually, stress is a regular part of routine humanoid functioning’s. Dongwoo Surface tech India Pvt. Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of M/s Dongwoo Surface tech Korea, Which is the number one company in Commercial Heat Treatment & Industrial Furnace Manufacturing in Korea established in the year 2006. This study carried with the objectives of knowing what is job stress and the sources of stress among the employees of Dongwoo Surface Tech India Pvt. Ltd. at Tamil Nadu and it reflects in organizational achievements. The One Way ANOVA is conducted with the sample of 125 employees, in evaluating the significant difference towards the Causes of Stress based on the Demographic Profile. The research has been concluded that we must have the habit of Meditation, Regular Exercise and some other Relaxation Techniques to have control over the level of stress in our own hand.
