Abstract
Stress on individual ranges from personal day to-day life of other organizational activities. People feel stressed as they can no longer have complete control over what happens in life. There is no escape from stress in modern day life. Urbanization, industrialization that increases the scale of operations in the society causing stresses among the people. In the recent changes of the environment, contribution, interface, operation, planning and guideline become the key issues, every with its own frustrations fascinated. In the present study, 200 respondents have been selected for the research work by adopting the stratified random sampling techniques. Statistical tools used for the study are: percentage analysis, correlation analysis and inter correlation matrix.
