Abstract
Today’s constantly changing business scenario ,Organizations has come to realize that the most valuable resources that needs to be leveraged is human resources. This means not just attracting the crème-de-la-crème and retaining them but keeping them motivated and committed to achieving the organizational goals. An organization with high employee engagement might therefore be expected to outperform those with low Employee Engagement ,all else being equal.
