Abstract

The study attempted to compare the Circuit training and Aerobic  training on anaerobic power among men players. Healthy young students were selected to participate students n=10 each  of two groups, in that one Aerobic training group is acted as , another one is  Circuit training group .Their age level 15 – 20 years,height was 165 ± 3.52 cm and weight 65 ± 10. Kgwere participated in this study. Students were selected from GPTC RKNagar, Chennai -81.  n=10 of the subjects Pre and Post data were Collected and tested scored from the subjects.Literature supports the impact of  aerobic training and Circuit  training on anaerobic power aspects. The results were reviewed that no significantly changes on anaerobic power  comparatively with aerobic training,circuit training group has best performance.
