Abstract

In recent years, the challenge of leveling work and family has attracted vital intellectual attentions. Globalisation, downsizing, and versatile work patterns have left many women employees with a sense of accelerating work demands and pressure, and a daily struggle to deal with their work and family everyday jobs. With the wide-spread implementation of knowledge and telecommunication technologies, work and family life became progressively tangled, and might not be treated as freelance domains. A way to balance work and family demands and achieve a satisfactory equilibrium between the two areas has become a central question for organizations and an important career value for many employees. They need began to rethink employment-related selections like the selection of occupation or women leader, career advancement, and also the level of job involvement in conditions of occasions for completing an acceptable level of work- family balance.
