Abstract

At this present scenario, human resource development is gaining more importance. Employees and workers were paid for their work but their performance was not absolutely evaluated in past years. Though the employees are working in a good manner there is a slight differences between their performances and the employer’s expectation level of work. Problem with the absence of performance appraisal is that, employees got de-motivated as they were no recognition or reward for their performance if it was above standard.
