Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present what are the Financial planning and investment decisions and how it play important role to leads performance. The planning and decision both are subjective act, but it is based on both subjective and objective factors. performance is an important component of every sector, thus it is necessary to analyze it as both, the objective component of the investment decision, and as the subjective factor of financial planning which both leads performance.
