Abstract
Paper reflects the difficulties and Psychological impacts of Low vision learner in acquiring and learning language and render suggestions to overcome the Psychological trauma. Language acquisition is an innate human ability and Language learning is the process by which human develops the capacity to learn language. However due to certain medical conditions not all individuals have the capacity to learn language. Low vision learners experience numerous struggles in acquiring and learning language.
