Abstract
There are two type of perspectives in the mind of students regarding their career, one is focused on Employment and another is based on Entrepreneurship. In today’s world of Competition each and every student or unemployed person are facing the problem of unemployment, this is because of student’s perceptions are focused towards employment is very high and towards Entrepreneurship are very low. This paper finds out the reasons of student’s perspectives, which is focused on Employment or Entrepreneurship. If it is on Employment, then this research paper searches the reasons behind that and if it is focused on Entrepreneurship then this research paper finds the reasons behind that.
