Abstract
This research study was conducted to find out the relationship between the organizational culture and knowledge management of teachers working at private schools operating in Cuddalore district, Tamilnadu. The population for the current research comprised of 100 qualified teachers in Cuddalore district. A probability sampling design by means of a simple random sampling method was used for the purpose of this study. Linear regression analysis was carried out to assess the relationship between the variables i.e. organizational culture and knowledge management of private schools’ teachers. The findings of the study revealed that there exists a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management of private school teachers.
