Abstract

Change is inevitable. Nothing is permanent except change. It is the duty of the management to manage change properly. Organizations must carefully observe the environment and incorporate suitable changes. Change is a continuous process. When change occurs in any part of the organization, it disturbs the old equilibrium necessitating the development of a new equilibrium. The type of new equilibrium depends on the degree of change and its impact on the organization. Any change may affect the organizationdirectly or indirectly. The present study is undertaken to analyze the organization change.
