Abstract

Women entrepreneurs in spite of their significant entrepreneurial existence in developing countries have not be\n brought under the spotlight by both the academia and the governments in these regions of the world. The entrepreneurial world has embedded gender disparity and this gender gap is wider in developing countries that are socially and culturally backward and characterized with social imbalances. In such countries the potential of women are marginalized in every walk of life. The study mainly based on both primary and secondary data. Stratified random sampling techniques will be used to select sample for data collection. The total sample size was fixed at 250 in random and the district as the universe-equal chance is given for taluks. The major finding of the study is the most important variable contributing to business success of women entrepreneurs is “Leadership Skills” and the second ranked variable is “Hard Work”.
