Abstract
After the globalization and heavy competition, women power was started growing rapidly and exponentially in the business, this change in the environment has created more opportunities for women leaders. Women as a leader breaking the boundaries of gender inequality by acquiring all the qualities of leadershipsuch asskills, experience, knowledge, etc... Women are balancing both work and family by handling more responsibility, maintaining healthy relationship and life style have allmade the women to be successful.
