Essential data are collected from secondary sources. Linear regression technique is engaged for this purpose. The regression model summary provides a very low combined influence of independent variables on the dependent variables. From the results, it is clear that variation in crude oil price is reflected in two selected macroeconomic factors. Inflation rate and Nifty-Fifty index have received low degree of positive influence from crude oil price.  Further, the coefficient of all the variables except exchange rate is statistically significant.
