Abstract
As industry is moving towards AI based tools, chatbots are gathering more attention in research and industrial fields trying to mimic human conversation. As of 2019, the best practices behind designing virtual assistants are still little known. The proposed paper aims to enterprise applications of chatbot in healthcare industry that can augment human like intelligence in chatbot by acting as contextually aware personal health assistant. The system can predict the disease based on symptoms gathered and also monitor heart health for any potential cardiovascular diseases. System can also give information regarding medicines, their composition and prescribed uses. These services can be harnessed either by doctors to improve their ability to diagnose and cure patients or by a patient to track health activity. The proposed technology is promising to perform as an important aspect in healthcare industry to display personalized responses for each user.
