Abstract

The study was conducted to test the hypothesis using simple random samplingsurvey with the help of a questionnaire. Social and cultural traits of employees play a strong roleon the performance and it affects the organization’s productivity. The present study reveals the impact of employee’sbehavior/attitude and culture on job performance as well as organizational productivity in Credit Suisse. On the basis of these scores,hypothesis was made:


  1. There is nopositive relationship between employee behavior and culture on the productivity. So it willnot have any impact on the financial health of the organization.

  2. There is no positiverelationship between employee’s behavior and culture on the employee’s performance. 90% ofthe employees strongly agree that there is a relationship between employee behavior andculture on employee productivity and continuous performance in the organization. The study helpsto ascertain employee’s behavior and cultural effect on the productivity of the organizationand helps to formulate recommendations to improve.
