Abstract
The present study made an attempt to examine the impact of CSR activities on the Beneficiaries satisfaction level. The study has considered the primary data from the Singareni Collieries Company Limited initiated (SCCL) CSR programmes in Kothegudem district of Telangana state. The study examined the CSR impact on the satisfaction level with the structural equation model and the result indicated that the Community Development impact observed to be higher on the satisfaction level. The study also analysed the suggestive measures to improve the effectiveness of CSR activities with the exploratory factor analysis and the result reveals that the Community resistance for Economic contribution and Poor skill in managing CSR function by staff are the key issues need to be tackled, so that the effectiveness of CSR activities will be improved significantly. This paper is useful to the SCCL and other corporate organizations managements, various government institutions and research scholars.
