Abstract

In financial markets role of technology is increasing day by day. The asset management companies are utilizing the technology in rendering the services to the mutual fund investor’s fraternity. The present study examined the effect of technology on service quality satisfaction in mutual fund investments. The study has collected the primary data from the investors and framed the structural equation model and result indicated that the investors service quality has improved significantly with the technology, as the investment information, subscription and redemption request investors can opt through technology. The study also focused on the suggestive measure to improve the service quality with the technology and the study applied the exploratory factor analysis. The study indicated that create the robust authentication, Implementation of Multisite support from a central console will allow the users to connect and access the resources of sites effectively. This paper is useful to the AMCs, Regulators, and Financial Intermediaries
