Abstract
In the current orientation, one of the major problems amongst many degree holders is lack of job opportunity. It is because various recruiters demand for different skills and qualifications. But practically mentioning, they look not only for intellectual, social or interpersonal, personality skill, and knowledge in subject and extracurricular talent. In addition they also look forward to a high expectancy persists for communicative skill. This skill not only fetches one a job, but also helps to survive his career from this competitive world. So the main intention of this conceptual paper is to provide practical tips and thereby fine-tune one to enhance communicative skills.
