Aside with the positive factors of doing yoga practice in controlling and coping with disease, yoga and fitness has plenty of uses in therapy. Therapy is of distinctive aspects that include physical, emotional, and sociable. Yoga, as being an approach of life, offers worked out for individuals with physical disorders to bring back to health and wellbeing, an example being cardiac artery disease. Just practicing yoga been specifically applied with good benefits in pathological disorders and muscle dystrophy. This paper focuses on significance of yoga with regard to psychological rehabilitation; yoga practice has helped restore the psychological function and mental equilibrium in persons with posttraumatic stress disorder and even certain psychotic conditions.
