Abstract
Graph theory is an applied branch of mathematics which deals with the problems, with the help of graphs. This paper is concerned with coloring of graphs.Specially the purpose behind this paper is to present the idea of coloring of commutative rings. This idea establishes connection between graph theory and commutative rings. The family of colorings is closed with respect to certain operations.
