Abstract

In today’s contemporary business environment job satisfaction is one of the major issues. Job satisfaction generally means employees feelings, belief and emotions associated with a job. If this feeling is positive then we can say employee is satisfied with his or her job.  Job satisfaction defines that how much a employee contended with their job.The term working environment is wider concept it include both qualitative as well and quantitative aspects on the job  which influence the satisfaction level of employee as some extent.There are a lot of  factors which determine job satisfaction. This study is based upon primary data collected through survey of employees of CHEHAL UDHYOG. This study tries to evaluate various factors effecting job satisfaction at CHEHAL UDHYOG. This study also tries to find out various challenges and suggestions for improvementthe in the working environment of CHEHAL UDHYOG.
