Abstract

As environments become more competition and dynamic, organizations has forced to purse modern methods for achieving competitiveness in the market. In current scenario organizations entrepreneurship has been trying to improve their flexibility, creativity, innovation risk taking. There are a number of factors that improve organizational entrepreneurship. One of these factors is the role of human resource management. This paper referred the reviews from various journals and articles, which investigate the linkage between human resource management and organizational entrepreneurship from different points of view and employing different empirical context.
