Abstract

In this research paper, study has been made about recruitment and selection process Bharat Vijay Mill, IndiaRecruitment is the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for jobs in the organization. Selection may be defined as the process by which the organization chooses from among the applicants, those people whom they feel would best meet the job requirement, considering current environmental condition. The process begins when new recruits are sought and ends when application are submitted. Effective recruitment and selection practices contribute to a company’s success and profit creating potential by enabling it to attract, hire and retain best employees for each job.
