Abstract

To highlight experiences and recognize the effect of Artificial Intelligence connected to Performance appraisal System and in upgrading better human relations, a study wasattempted among 25 HR Officers of Software organizations in the city of Chennai. Organizations which had man-made consciousness connected to their HR space were chosen based on Convenience sampling.Theresults of the study  had a positive relationship between reception oftechnology basedappraisal execution in the organisation and the critical result in upgrading the motivator framework. The quantum of genuine data which HR officials got was increasingly unique and solid which empowered them to comprehend the need, capabilities and difficulties of the workforce. Despite what might be expected the framework installed with innovation neglects to comprehend and acknowledge the troubles and the complexities looked by the work power inside the organisation and couldn't legitimize their failures.
