Abstract
Industrialization has a major role to play in the economic development of any country. Production is not possible without labour. It is an indispensable and active factor of production. It is a vital factor which constitutes the material foundation of society.Due to the rising demand for more goods and services, it is only the industry sector that can cater to such demands. Various problems are arising out of the new situation like unemployment, social security, industrial relations, etc. that are the outcomes of process of industrialization.
