Abstract

  • In the 21st century, women play active role in every field whether professional or domestic demand. Now a day’s women sharing equal responsibilities of their family so work life balance of women employees has become a very important. Now in the Corporate world, breaking the Glass ceiling is rather a ‘not so difficult’ concept as it was in the past. Women still face the issues of what to prioritize-the family or the work? This is more prevalent among mothers of infants and toddlers who are embarrassed with the new responsibility of parenting and already caught in the running race of establishing their careers. The purpose of this paper to explore the factors influencing the quality of work life for working women, andto study the relationship between job satisfaction & quality of work life.
