Abstract

Adaptability as a skill refers to the ability of a person to change his actions, course or approach to doing things in order to suit a new situation.  Leadership approach that causes change in individuals and social systems. In its ideal form, it creates valuable and positive change in the followers with the end goal of developing followers into leaders.  Self-efficacy reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one's own motivation, behaviour, and social environment. A list of statements that must be true in order to be able to claim your task to be complete.  The main focus of the study whether task completion development is dependents on adaptability, transformational leadership and self-efficacy or not.  Data were collected from sample that consists of 400 executives. The findings showed that correlation have significant coefficient as judged from their p-values. This indicates that respondents are ready to consider the factors while relationship between adaptability, transformational leadership, self-efficacy revealed that having significant and positive relationship with task completion.
