Abstract

Yoga as therapy with psychosomatic disorders has been practiced for many centuries in India, and and solely recently has become used for this purpose in different countries. Yoga Therapy is  provides physical, mental, and emotional benefits such as;  Anxiety decreases , Emotional stability improves, Creativity increases, Happiness increases, Intuition develops, Gain clarity and peace of mind, Problems become smaller, Greater confidence, More focus and clarity, Better health, More mental strength and energy etc.
