Abstract
The public and institutes is demanding that educational institute’s education be more accountable for student learning. Faculties are now expected to develop the student’s leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in addition to teaching the basics of their discipline. Scrutinize ways of achieving such goals; the authors have embarked on a long-term program aimed at implementing classroom-based quality initiatives for higher education. TQM finds its way into business management institution more and more educators are discovering the natural fit that quality principles and practices have with their own aspirations for the continuous improvement of education. Quality cannot be applied externally by adopting a new quality-focused way of imminent the processes of production, the systems in which those processes take place, and the interaction of people within those processes and systems.
