Abstract

Yoga and Fitness health is based on several concept and routines of physical exercise based on spiritual forms and physical postures. Accumulation of several spiritual forms, breath control and practice of physical postures are named as Yoga through Saga’s of ancient periods. In modern world, it is universally recognized because of its physical benefits. Yoga improves physical strength, keeps mentally fit and spiritually strong. Practice of Yoga Asanas physical posture’s daily 45 minutes to one hour, is useful to keep body fit, strong and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety. Repetitions of yoga exercise tune-ups body muscles, strength muscles powers and improves flexibility of body. More than eighty percent of patients regain their energy through yoga forms and physical postures exercise. In today’s life yoga helps sports person as well as yogic with spiritually and mental strength.. Successful experiments are done through holistic yoga form of exercise, on patients suffering from paralytic stroke. Practices of physical postures develop strength in weak muscles of the body and increase the ability to work.
