Abstract
A country’s national budget is framed to cater to the needs of different sections of the society especially the underprivileged ones. GRB is critical financial innovation tool for eliminating gender inequalities with significant improvements in social, educational, health and economic indicators of a country. Gender budgeting is powerful and innovative tool for achieving, Gender mainstreaming by ensuring that every benefits of the development reaches both men and women. It’s simply a gender analysis of the budget examining the budgetary allocation through a gender perspective. Gender budgeting helps to dismantle gender inequalities by mainstreaming the budgets through specifically targeted programmes.
