Abstract

There are varieties of teas extracted from tea tress which have various activities. The level of oxidation of the leaves determines the type of tea. The whole world is concerned about healthy dietary practice and demand for speedy weight loss. So, health conscious people opt for green tea which is anti-oxidant rich. On the other hand, since ancient history, all the civilizations depend upon natural products. So, now-a-days, herbal tea is a common term in many people’s lives. This study is going to evaluate the positive and negative effects of 2 mostly used teas and the beneficial consumption rate for healthy individuals.
