Abstract

The objectives of the present research are to study the career maturity of male and female students of senior secondary schools and study the career maturity of low and high achievers (Male and Female) of senior secondary schools. Null hypothesis were framed to lead the objectives. Investigator adopted descriptive research (Ex-post facto study) to study the career maturity senior secondary students with reference to their academic achievement. In the present study, researcher selected 200 students (100 male and 100 female) through stratified random sampling method from various senior secondary schools affiliated to U. P. board and located in Saharanpur district. Percentage, Mean, S.D, Q.D and CR-value were performed through SPSS 21.0 version to obtain the objectives of the present study. It is concluded that there were found insignificant difference between male and female senior secondary students in relation to their career maturity.
