Abstract
Green products can be made from recycled material. Such recycled products can be produced in different ways. For instance, the recyclable material could be converted back into a similar product, such as waste paper back into a paper or cardboard. Green marketing is the marketing of products which are considered not to be harmful for the environment. Green products can be stated as having less of an impact on the environment and are less damaging to human health than conventional products, and hence are also called as sustainable or environment friendly products. Green marketing refers to the process of selling products and/or services based on their environmental benefits. Such a product or service may be environmentally friendly in it or produced and/ or packaged in an environmentally friendly way. This study confirmed that a person who has some concern for the environment would have stronger preference in purchasing a green product.
